This service allows you to connect to the internet over your telephone line using a standard modem. Calls made this way are to an 0845 number which are charged at the local call rate (please check with your phone provider for the current rates). There are no other charges for this service, there is not even a requirement to register, you just pay for the call time you use.

As well as being great for those seeking a low cost service to surf the internet it is also worthwhile for users with established accounts elsewhere to keep a note of these connection details as a back up, or when connecting while away from a dedicated number (such as with ADSL).
