1. Open Windows Live Mail.
2. Click on "Tools".
3. From the drop down list select "Accounts".

1. When the "Accounts" box opens, click on the "Add" button.

1. In the "Add an account" window select "E-mail Account".
2. Click on the "Next" button.

Now add the required information in the "Add an account" window:

1. In the "E-mail address" window enter your full e-mail address
2. In the "Password" window enter the password you were given for your e-mail account. Your password will appear as a row of dots for security.
3. Tick the "Remember password" box to save having to re-enter it every time you collect/send mail. If you are on a computer accessed by others you may wish to not remember the password so as to secure your e-mail access.
4. In the "Display Name" box you can add a name of your choice to act as a label for the e-mail account.
5. Ensure there is a tick in the "Manually configure server settings for e-mail account" box.
6. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Now add the required information in the "Server Information" window:

1. Set "My incoming mail server" POP3.
2. Set the "Incoming server" to "mail.calloo.co.uk" and the "Port" to "110".
3. Leave the "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" unticked.
4. Set the "Login ID (if different to e-mail address)" to your full e-mail address.
5. Set the "Outgoing server" to "mailout.calloo.co.uk" and the "Port" to "25".
6. "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" should be unchecked.
7. "My outgoing server requires authentication" should be ticked.
8. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

1. If you wish to make the e-mail account you have just set up your default one then tick the "Set this account as the default mail box".
2. Click on the "Finish" button to return to Live Mail.
3. Job done.
